Five years after the merger of KMW and Nexter under the joint holding KNDS, the Group’s governance has been restructured. The shareholders decided to streamline the governance structure by establishing a single Board of Directors consisting of the CEO, Mr. Frank Haun, and nine other members.

KNDS, a franco-german association in the land defense sector, forms a Group of 8,270 employees, with a 2020 turnover of 2.4 billion euro, an order backlog of around 10.6 billion euro and an order intake of 3.3 billion euro.
