We are BAFTA Scotland – the Scottish home of world famous independent arts charity BAFTA. We support careers, champion creativity, and celebrate the exceptional storytelling emerging from the country’s thriving film, games and TV industry.

BAFTA in Scotland is the Scottish branch of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts. Formed in 1986, [1] the branch holds two annual awards ceremonies recognising the achievement by performers and production staff in Scottish film, television and video games.

What can be entered into the BAFTA Scotland Awards? Programmes must have had their first transmission in the UK between 11 May 2023 – 1 May 2024 on terrestrial, cable, satellite or digital channels (or their online platform).
