The Pacers entered halftime with a 41-point lead, having absolutely dominated during the opening two quarters on their home court at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. It was nothing short of a shellacking, as Indiana more than doubled the total points scored by the Cavs in the first half, 80–39.

The Indiana Pacers continue to surprise the NBA world with their impressive run through this year's playoffs. Upon the final day of the regular season, the Pacers found themselves in the No. 4 seed in the Eastern Conference playoff picture.

The East's top seed is on the brink of elimination. The Indiana Pacers blew out the Cleveland Cavaliers, 129-109, in Sunday's Game 4 to take a 3-1 lead in the second-round playoff series. The Cavs won 64 games in the regular season but are now one loss away from going home.
