Kenny Omega has captured his first AEW International Championship. Kenny Omega defeated Konosuke Takeshita to capture the AEW International Championship at AEW Revolution 2025. The match ended after an exchange of counters, which led to Omega's quick victory with a roll-up.

Last night saw Omega defeat Konosuke Takeshita in an excellent back-and-forth bout to dethrone Takeshita as the AEW International Champion. In a match full of big moves and finishers, it was a cruxific pin that did the job for Kenny, bringing an end to Takeshita's International Title reign at 148 days.
