The newest evolution of cable channel packages from DIRECTV STREAM is ready to launch. The company fought hard for the right to create such plans in its most recent carriage dispute with Disney, and was ultimately granted permission to use Disney-owned channels and streaming services in such plans.

DirecTV just launched more category groupings, to go along with the pre-existing sports pack. These new Genre Packs start at $35 per month.
