A missing 17-year-old boy's family says he leaped from the Staten Island Ferry and had left a note beforehand.

Brandon Pino, 17, of Staten Island, was allegedly spotted jumping off the busy ferry around 9:45pm on Saturday as the boat was approaching Whitehall Terminal in Manhattan.
