Two years after joining the Browns’ staff as a senior offensive assistant, Musgrave has been promoted to quarterbacks coach. There is a great chance he has been working with quarterbacks over the past two years (the Browns have hired a quarterbacks coach just one time since 2020) but is now in the role officially.

The Browns moved veteran NFL assistant Bill Musgrave, who had been serving as a senior offensive assistant, to the position of quarterbacks coach.

He replaces Ashton Grant, who left Cleveland to join the New England Patriots organization. Musgrave has been a senior offensive assistant since joining the Browns organization in 2023.
