Sam Altman OpenAI will expand its Stargate project to Europe with the construction of a new data center in Norway.

OpenAI is joining forces with two European companies to set up a data center in Norway, the ChatGPT maker’s first project of this kind on the continent as it seeks to expand artificial-intelligence infrastructure outside the U.

When students prompt the ChatGPT with a question, OpenAI’s chatbot will respond with guiding questions and hints intended to lead them toward a solution.

OpenAI said that the service is now available to “logged in users” with accounts from the Free, Plus, Pro, and Team tiers. The company added that, within the next few weeks, the service would also be rolled out for ChatGPT Edu,
