The Trump administration is opening new investigations into allegations of antisemitism at five U.S. universities including Columbia and the University of California, Berkeley.

Northwestern University and four other schools are being investigated by the Trump Administration's Department of Education for what it calls "widespread antisemitic harassment" in the wake of large pro-Palestinian protests that broke out on Northwestern's and other campuses last spring.
