The Cleveland Guardians and San Diego Padres have been linked to a major trade ahead of the MLB trade deadline.

The current trade market for starting pitching doesn’t look great, so the Padres might be able to get an attractive return for Snell, who has a 0.86 ERA in his last seven starts.
