Prime Minister Donald Tusk said Tuesday that 32 suspects of various nationalities, who were detained inside Poland, have engaged in acts of sabotage and arson in recent months.

By refusing to play by the EU’s restrictive climate rules, Poland has begun to build one of Europe’s most energy-secure economies.
