Senators emerged from a classified briefing with senior Trump administration officials on Thursday sharply divided over the scope and success of President Trump’s military strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities, with Republicans largely praising it and most Democrats expressing grave concerns.

Top Trump administration officials will brief senators today on the U.S. airstrikes on Iran's nuclear enrichment sites, but Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard will not be among them. CIA Director John Ratcliffe, who will be among those giving the briefing, said yesterday that Iran's sites were "severely damaged."
