Brown is accused of attacking music producer Abe Diaw with a bottle of alcohol at Tape nightclub in London in February 2023. In October of that year, Diaw filed a lawsuit accusing Brown of using the bottle to hit him with “crushing blows.” His lawsuit, however, has since been dismissed with prejudice.

U.S. singer Chris Brown on Friday pleaded not guilty to a charge of assault causing actual bodily harm by allegedly attacking a music producer with a bottle in a London nightclub two years ago.

Chris Brown is due to appear at Southwark Crown Court again today after pleading not guilty to an alleged attack on Abraham Diaw at Tape nightclub in London in Febraury 2023
