Westbound Loop 101 on-ramp at 35th Avenue is closed for 60 days due to reconstruction, part of a $140 million project to widen the freeway.

It happened at around 10:25 p.m. on eastbound lanes near the Cherry Avenue ramps, according to the California Highway Patrol.
