For the fifth and final Dreamville Festival, Hip-Hop Wired was there to take it all in and interviewed a good number of artists who performed.

Dreamville music festival, founded by J. Cole, will continue under a new name, promising a better experience for attendees.

“I went to the first, and now I’m coming to the last (Dreamville Festival), so this is proper send-off,” said Simon, a Chapel Hill resident. A variation of the festival will continue for the next four years in the park, but fans said goodbye this weekend to the original event hosted by rapper J. Cole.
