As for Tuesday’s storm, the National Weather Service says the first snowflakes are set to arrive in far southern New Jersey between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m., then start pushing farther north into the south-central region of the state between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Three storm systems are expected to sweep the country, bringing snow, sleet and freezing rain to places that have been pummeled by recent bouts of wintry weather.

New Jersey is bracing for a pair of winter storms this week, with the southern part of the state expected to be hit hardest. But every area of the state will likely see some snow.
