Hamas officials say they’ve begun talks with international mediators over the second phase of the ceasefire in Gaza that began last month.

Talks have started on the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire deal, the spokesperson for the Palestinian militant group Hamas said on Tuesday.

Meeting could provide an early signal about the state of their sometimes wary relationship.
