The deal, which runs through at least 2036, features some headline items like $470 million in renovation budget for Paycor Stadium, featuring a $350 million-$120 million split for county and team, respectively.

Hamilton County commissioners approved new lease terms on June 26, days before the June 30 deadline the Bengals had to extend the current lease. Attorneys for the county said they plan to set a new deadline to draw up the actual lease agreement but did not specify how long the remaining negotiations may take.
