Talks over Russia's war with Ukraine started again Monday, even as the two countries continue to attack each other.

U.S. officials are meeting separately with Ukrainian and Russian officials in hopes of hammering out a partial ceasefire in the 3-year war in Ukraine.

Since Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine more than three years ago, vital energy facilities have been targeted countless times by missiles and drones in both countries.
