I am with Alltel and I upgraded to this phone. I love the way the phone's OS system is put together. I would say it is pretty thoughtful and user friendly than past Motorola phones with Alltel.

I took it back to alltel and they sent it off to be fixed ... I'm though with the crap Motorola's, at this time I'm using an Lg vx3200 until I decide what to get as a replacement for the 262.
