Indiana football didn't lose a single player to the transfer portal that was in the program's "long-term plan," coach Curt Cignetti said on National Signing Day.

Pat Coogan is the latest transfer to join Curt Cignetti and Indiana football. It shows the Hoosiers are serious about sustaining a winning program.

The Hoosiers retained all but one coach during the offseason, and even had to hold off a late push for their defensive coordinator, and filled the quarterbacks coach spot.
