Peter ‘Navy’ Tuiasosopo, ‘Street Fighter’ and ‘New Girl’ Actor, Dies at 61
Peter “Navy” Tuiasosopo, an actor who appeared in “Necessary Roughness,” “12 Rounds,” “Street Fighter” and “New Girl,” died Monday in Phoenix at the age of 61. His son Manoah Peter Tuiasosopo confirmed the death on Facebook.
‘Street Fighter,’ ‘NCIS’ actor and former NFL player dead at 61
After his brief football career, Tuiasosopo transitioned into acting. His first credit was in 1991’s sports comedy “Necessary Roughness.” He went on to play E Honda in the live-action 1994 video game adaptation “Street Fighter” and had other notable roles in 1998’s “BASKETBALL” and 2001’s “The Fast and the Furious .”
