Severe risk is a 2 out of 5 for most of southeast Texas with exception of areas northeast of Houston who have a 3 out of 5 risk level Saturday. Storms may produce heavy downpours, hail, damaging winds and tornadoes. As the afternoon approaches, so does the rain. Storms and showers move east along I-10.
