There is a great chance he has been working with quarterbacks over the past two years (the Browns have hired a quarterbacks coach just one time since 2020) but is now in the role officially.

BEREA, Ohio (WKBN) — NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo is reporting that the Cleveland Browns are promoting Bill Musgrave to quarterbacks coach. He replaces Ashton Grant, who left Cleveland to join the New England Patriots organization. Musgrave has been a senior offensive assistant since joining the Browns organization in 2023.
