Miłusze is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Prostki, within Ełk County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres north-west of Prostki, 12 km south of Ełk, and 124 km east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
