Book a night at The Rainforest Ecolodge (you can find them on booking) and take the waterfull trip next morning. It’s a 2-3 hours medium tour, very nice, good guides. The arrive there, last 8 km are a little difficult, but at the end of the day is a very good experience. Enjoy!
